- Our Customer Service Department is available for additional product information, order inquiry and for placing orders, Monday - Friday, from 8am to 5pm. (EST).
- PRICES & SHIPPING
- Prices are subject to change without notification due to misprints and fluctuation of raw material prices. Product availability is subject to prior sale. All merchandise is shipped U.P.S / FedEx Ground or common carrier, F.O.B Jacksonville, Florida. Additional freight charges due to delivery requests made by our customers, (inside delivery, residential delivery, delivery appointments, etc.) will be billed at the rate quoted by our carriers. For additional information and a list of freight charges, please contact our customer service department.
- DATING
- Please inquire about our dating programs from your Sales Representative or by calling our Customer Service Department at 800-327-4667.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum orders are $200.00 for new accounts. Please contact our Customer Service Department for additional savings when paying within terms.
- DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
- Our merchandise is packed by experienced packers. Above standard packing methods and materials approved by carriers are used at all times. Please report all damages to our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt. We will contact the appropriate freight carrier and handle all credits to your account or merchandise replacement.dd>
- SHORTAGE
- Any shortage not accounted for by carriers' delivery receipt must be reported to Napco Marketing within 5 days of receipt of invoice. No credit will be issued unless authorized by our Customer Service Department. Please count all boxes before signing the carriers receipt.
- RETURNS
- Returns are accepted only by prior authorization from the Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
